If you are concerned about the impact that proposed budget cuts will have on LAUSD schools, please contact us. Our site, www.LAStudentsCount.org, allows users to contact the LAUSD in one of three ways:

  1. Email—Click here to send us a written message

  2. Video message—If you have a videocam and microphone, send us a video with your thoughts

  3. Audio message—For those of you with audio capabilities, send us an audio file

We intend to post some of your responses on our site.

LAStudentsCount.org wants parents, teachers, school board members, school employees or administrators and other members of the community to tell us how you feel about the proposed education cuts.

How would you solve the education funding issue? What school programs are important to you? Tell us what your funding priorities would be. What cuts would you make and why?

Send us an email if you have an idea that will help fund our schools. Let us know if you are interested in becoming a partner.

Your thoughts and ideas will be critical in helping the LAUSD address its school budget crisis. Help our students get the quality education they deserve.
